OCLL Registration information
Registration costs are as follows:
T-Ball - $75.00
Pitching Machine – $190.00
Minor Baseball/Softball – $230.00
Major Softball – $270.00
Major Baseball – $270.00
Junior Softball – $270.00
Junior Baseball – $270.00
There is a $10.00 discount if registered by December 31, 2023 (No discount at T-Ball level)
There is a $20.00 late fee if registered after February 28, 2023
Refund Policy:
If refund is requested prior to registration closing (this year March 8, 2024) refund would be amount paid minus $10.00 to cover our site and payment fees, this would not include the $3.00 fee for website hosting that is charged at time of registration.
if refund is requested after March 8, 2024 and before any practices and uniform order, refund minus $15.00 for service fees
if refund request is after uniforms are ordered up to the week prior to start of the season fee minus $15.00 service + $50.. for uniform costs and small stipend for practices regardless if practices were held or not . Refund total would be Fee-$65.00
if refund request is made within 1 week of season, no refund.
Registration closes March 6, 2024
To be eligible to participate in Oak Creek Little League you must live in the city or attend a school in the Oak Creek Franklin School district. If you live in another little league boundary area, you must ask for a waiver from that district to participate in our league. Just note that you would not be able to participate in OCLL All-Star program.
What is included:
T-ball – T-shirt and Hat, goal is to have 10 game/practice schedule
replica baseball uniforms for all divisions
Hat, pant, Belt and socks
10-12 game season (Depending on weather)
Volunteer requirements:
There is also a $300.00 volunteer deposit required.
We require all families to volunteer for (1) - 5-hour shift in the concession stand.
Your volunteer check will be shredded when your volunteer requirements are completed. See Volunteer under important Information tab for additional information on volunteer requirements.
Your child will not be able to play until a check is submitted.
Buyout for first 40 families is available
Season Dates (Approximate, dates are tentative):
Games/Practices for T-Ball will start around last day of school. The season will run until about the Mid to end of July, tentatively.
Practices for Minors/Major/Intermediate/Junior/Senior (Machine Pitch Softball) Start in April and are 2 days a week, (possibly more at managers discretion). Practices run until the start of the season.
Practices during the season are also at managers discretion.
Practices for Pitching Machine Baseball will start in May and also run 2 days a week(one week day and Saturday morning) until the start of the season.
For all Baseball divisions except for Pitching Machine Baseball: Opening Day is TBD (due to inter-league with other area Little Leagues). And end around Mid-July. We will probably be interleague at all levels of Baseball, since the other leagues will end at the end of June, we will play in house games for the remainder of the season.
For Softball divisions, opening day is TBD (also due to inter-league) and end around the end of June. (due to softball participation in All-Stars)
Pitching Machine will start week of 5/20
Tee Ball (coed) will run from week June 10-end of July, 2 games/practices per week (one weekday and saturday morning)
